    Position Overview:

    We seek a skilled professional to contribute to delivering exceptional technical support to our Dynamics customers, with a primary focus on the D365 Business Central toolset.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert technical support to end-users, addressing incidents, problems, requests, or change control related to Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Dynamics solutions.
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a positive working environment.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and tailor your approach to meet their unique requirements.
    • Utilise problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Possess relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MB-910 Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and MB-800 Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Dynamics 365 applications and modules, including Financial Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 tools, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience with system configuration and customization, with a strong understanding of business requirements and user needs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an asset, allowing you to leverage automation and workflow capabilities to enhance client experiences.

    Hybrid Working:

    This role requires occasional presence in the office or at client sites, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues and engage with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
