Bookings Clerk (Automotive / Dealership)


The Motor Vehicle Dealership Bookings Clerk aims to provide customers with a professional service experience, ensuring effective communication between customers, parts, and service departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.


By efficiently managing the booking process and delivering exceptional customer service, you will contribute significantly to the overall success and reputation of the Client.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Senior Certificate / Grade 1
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (a 3rd SA language is beneficial)
  • Experience in the Motor dealership industry in a bookings Clerk position
  • Fully Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem solving abilities
