    Guardian Recruiting (Pty) Ltd seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Durbanville. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your organizational skills and provide exceptional administrative support to our clients.

    Job Description

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing exceptional reception services, including answering phone calls and directing visitors
    • Coordinating meeting schedules and preparing necessary materials
    • Maintaining accurate records of keys, tags, and waiver forms
    • Managing office supplies and stationery orders
    • Assisting with new employee onboarding, including preparing welcome packets and conducting office tours
    • Coordinating leave and attendance management, including tracking vacation days and submitting reports
    • Overseeing parking management, including allocating parking spaces and maintaining a parking register

    Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Diploma or degree in Office Administration or equivalent
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
