    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Agent to join our team in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs. As a crucial member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of responsibilities designed to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Process orders and handle all customer correspondence

    • Sell products and services, manage returns, and resolve customer queries efficiently

    • Assist in stock counts and warehouse activities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in pricing and communications

    • Engage with internal departments to optimize product availability and offer alternative solutions to meet customer needs

    Requirements:


    • Minimum Matric qualification

    • Experience working with the SADC or East Africa region

    • Working knowledge of SAP

    • Experience with shipping into Africa and related documents

    • Bilingual communication skills in Afrikaans and English
