    Job Description

    The Tactical Response Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment within the site. This individual is responsible for ensuring that all security-related matters are effectively managed and addressed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain adherence to the company's disciplinary 'Code of Conduct' at all times.
    • Project a professional and assertive image that represents Accelerate services positively in the area of operation.
    • Display visibility and proactivity in identifying and mitigating security threats.
    • Ensure a high level of presence in assigned areas of operation to maintain situational awareness.
    • Respond promptly to incidents under the guidance of the Tier 2 Tactical officer.
    • Assist the Tier 2 Tactical Officer in the execution of duties and responsibilities.
    • Operate the Tactical Vehicle under the direction of the Tier 2 Tactical Officer.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • PSIRA Grade A Registration
    • PSIRA Registered Armed Response Certificate
    • Proficiency in Computer systems
    • Valid Driver's license Code 08
    • Clean Driving record
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in Tactical roles within the Security industry
    • Fully compliant Firearm competency (Handgun/Shotgun/Self Guarding Riffle/Self-Loading Rifle)
    • Armed Reaction Certificate and Experience
    • CIT or CPO training and experience is an advantage
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Security Industry regulations, including Operational and Client requirements
    • Clear criminal record

    Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
