    Description

    Job Title: Office Administrator

    Are you a highly organized and energetic individual with excellent administration skills? We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our team in Johannesburg as an Office Administrator.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Book flights, hotels, and car hire while reducing travel-related costs through negotiations and optimized travel plans.
    • Manage accounts payable for all supplies, property rentals, and requests made by management.
    • Process online payments, manage payment forms, and check expenses.
    • Ensure costing sheets are up-to-date and manage HR-related accounts, credit applications, and office requirements.
    • Provide administrative support, including arranging events, business meetings, and social functions.
    • Take minutes at management meetings, distribute them according to company policy, and ensure expat medical aid is up-to-date.

    Requirements:

    • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

    Benefits:
