What You will Do For Us

  • Design an End to End influence strategy across Africa across all brands.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional project teams (E2E, Media, Media) to motivate, create, and implement longterm social influence strategies and work with new and existing partnerships and extract the maximum value out of them to the brand plans
  • Identify digital influencers and establish key relationships that convert into meaningful coverage for brands.
  • Identify new ways of connecting people with brands through forward thinking on influence.
  • Research and evaluate industry trends and emerging opportunities in the influencer space.
  • Support local media managers to communicate progress and status in franchises
  • Support media managers to Track budgets and schedules to ensure deliverables are executed on time and on budget.
  • Build Influencer Marketing capabilities for the African marketing community.
  • Provide central guidance, playbooks, and tools (e.g., selection, tracking & measurement tools), that are scalable across the region and help the local market to win with Influencers.
  • Build longterm partnerships with Influencers and brand Ambassadors on an Africawide level across The Coca-Cola Company's Brand Portfolio
  • Develop and execute stateoftheart Influencer activations tapping into cocreation, social commerce, digital goods, metaverse, etc.
  • Provide input to Global Partnerships team regarding strategy and activation guidelines considering Africa's reality and global relevance.
  • Work with other Marketing leaders to fully integrate the Influencer and passion points thinking into the brand experience.
  • Coordinate with Africa Marketing procurement the sourcing, negotiations and contracting of new partnership opportunities
  • Leveraging synergies and common opportunities across the different geographies. Lift and shift best practices from other countries
  • Create a fans strategy that intends to strengthen the brand equity and transaction frequency among existing consumers
  • Be the main contactpoint in the Africa Operating Unit for the main influencers and fans, managing an ongoing relationship with the selective list and always assessing new and more relevant opportunities
  • Embed the voice of fans in our Integrated Marketing plans, always leveraging their passion and knowledge in the development of our programs
  • Work with Platform Services to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the plans as well contracts with influencers
  • Ensure one single strategy withing the Africa Operating Unit, leveraging synergies and common opportunities across the different geographies. Lift and shift best practices from other countries.
  • The influencers and fan leaders need to demonstrate a high ability and experience in managing critical external media stakeholders and celebrities

Role Requirement

  • Bachelors degree
  • Significant marketing experience (710 years)
  • Direct experience managing influencers and celebrities
  • Strong preference for individuals with experience in developing entertainment strategies and projects on the agency/media vehicle side
  • Experience working in crossfunctional and crossgeographical teams is preferred
  • High ability implements complex brand experience projects and manages external relationships with critical stakeholder
  • Strong negotiation skill is desirable
  • Ability to provide input to the brand and creative strategy on an Africa Operating Unit level, and Integrated Marketing leaders on a global level.
  • Build Influencer capability into the END2END process internally and with agency partners.
  • Ability to lead Influencers and Fans across categories and multiple touch points that are effective and efficient.
  • Expertise in working with different external partners (i

e:
agencies, influencers, artists, and entertainment companies)

  • Ability to lead multiple external relationships.
  • Ability to work in
    Agile crossfunctional teams.
