    Job Summary

    This role involves working in the Mining Research team as a Vice President. You will analyze market trends, develop reports, and inform investment strategies under the mentorship of senior analysts. Your expertise will be valued in a collaborative, team-focused environment where your work drives impactful decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze macroeconomic and sector-specific trends, identifying key drivers and potential risks.
    • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast company performance.
    • Produce thought-leading company, sector, and thematic reports that provide actionable insights.
    • Deliver stock and sector analysis to institutional clients, helping them make informed investment decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Trading, and Trading, to deliver exceptional client service.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Communicate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
    • Contribute to the team's strategic initiatives, driving business growth and innovation.
    • Stay up-to-date on market developments, adapting to changing trends and conditions.
    • Support senior analysts in research publication, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
    • Strong experience in equity research or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into specific conclusions.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
