    Treasury and Referral Commission Manager

    Job Summary
    A senior financial professional is required to oversee the management of bank clearing accounts, ensure timely receipt and deposit of payments, and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reconcile Bank Clearing Accounts to a zero balance by the end of each week.
    • Promptly deposit receipts upon payment reaching the bank account or reverse transactions if payments are not received on time.
    • Serve as primary liaison between the bank and client, maintaining strong relationships with bankers.
    • Forward chargeback notifications to the bank and copy relevant debtor managers.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
    2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury and Referral Commission Management.
    3. At least 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
    4. Strong understanding of staff job descriptions and ability to ensure compliance.
    5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
