Key Responsibilities:


  • Make sales of quality policies and premiums monthly in a manner that is client centric and compliant.
  • New business development in expansion of the company client base.
  • Manage the daily activities and skills of the sales team to advance their performance and achieve targets.
  • Development of the team's expertise as a sales company by means of sharing experiences.
  • Provide agents/team with coaching and mentoring to address skills and gaps in knowledge and to plan for future development needs.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric/Grade 1
  • Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Two years previous experience as a Sales person.
  • Team Leader in a shortterm Personal Lines call centre.
  • Appropriate FAIS Qualifications, including Regulatory Exams (RE05) and Full Qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of Shortterm insurance and the regulatory framework.
