Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
2.
Stock Tracking:
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, deliveries, and consumption patterns.
- Generate regular reports on stock levels, trends, and discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system records and physical stock counts.
3.
Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and existing stock to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
4.
Order Fulfilment:
- Work closely with all departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor order processing and shipping to prevent delays and backorders.
5.
Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with various departments, including procurement, sales, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
- Notify relevant parties of low stock levels or potential issues that may impact product availability.
6.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, adjustments, and movements.
- Capturing Invoices.
- Keep documentation uptodate and accessible for auditing purposes.
7.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in stock management and suggest strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in inventory management.
- Ensure stock department is trained consistently and up to standard.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel / Pilot.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy in stock records.
- Experience within the Hospitality / Food & Beverage Industry is advantageous.
Pay:
R12 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

- Paarl, Western Cape (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Paarl,
Western Cape:
Relocate before starting work (required)
