Job Role

As the Wetworks Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing all wetwork trades on site, ensuring works are completed on time and to standards.

Duties:

• Familiarize yourself with project schedules and programs.
• Confirm long lead time material availability.
• Verify subcontractor appointments for wet work trades.
• Review drawings and issue lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate unit construction sequences.

On-Site Management:

• Coordinate construction schedules and periods.
• Ensure materials are ordered and available as per schedule.
• Arrange for site surveys and peg setting.
• Verify survey peg accuracy and levels.
• Monitor plant machinery utilization.
• Manage quality control and execution of wet works.
• Provide regular progress reports.
• Review checklists submitted by subcontractors.
• Ensure exterior garden levels meet specifications.

Health and Safety Protocols:

• Implement safe working procedures.
• Ensure subcontractors wear personal protective equipment.
• Conduct regular safety talks and updates.

Qualifications and Skills
