Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels in order to strengthen our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.

You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Job duties and responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is relevant, informative and appealing
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, leads generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, algorithms and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide constructive feedback

Job requirements and qualifications

3/5 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Meta Suite and other social media best practices
Knowledge of SEO, algorithm analysis and web traffic metrics
Experience with community management experience and audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Attentive, a critical thinker and problemsolver
Team player
Good timemanagement skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or similar relevant field.

Salary:
R35, R40,000.00 per month
