    Job Summary:

    MCE Electric seeks a Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies enhancing our brand presence and driving sales growth. This role will focus on digital and traditional marketing campaigns, market analysis, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Marketing Team: Manage a team of professionals to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive plans to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
    • Digital Marketing: Oversee website management, social media, email marketing, SEO strategies, and content marketing initiatives.
    • Campaign Management: Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns with external agencies.
    • Market Analysis: Analyze trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets to optimize return on investment.
    • Team Collaboration: Work with Sales, Technical, and Procurement Departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.
    • Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Performance Tracking: Prepare marketing reports, track performance metrics, and present actionable insights to senior management.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Diploma in Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a product-based or distribution environment.
    • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in managing digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, etc.).
    • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
    • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, with a track record of delivering results within deadlines.
    • Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing a team of marketing professionals, with strong people management skills.
