Position:
Construction Manager

Location:
Brummeria, Pretoria East.


Salary:
Negotiable (Salary based on experience and skill level)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification of a National Diploma in Civil Engineering or N6 (NQF Level 6) Civil Engineering.
  • Professional registration in good standing with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Civil Engineering Technician (Prj. Eng Tech), with a valid registration number.
  • 10 or more years of experience in Road Construction and/or Road Rehabilitation.
  • Certified copies of all qualification and registration certificates.
