- Conduct thorough quality checks on reverts and final visual assets, including graphics, images, layouts, and other design elements for both print and digital media.
- Verify that visual materials adhere to brand guidelines, specifications, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure that all brief requirements have been met.
- Review and annotate where required for grammar, spelling, asset accuracy.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across various communication channels according to established campaign style guides.
- Time track all changes and record these daily.
- Experience with proofing Arabic & French would be advantageous.
- Understanding technical visual requirements for social & print.
- Advertising agency experience.
- 4 years' working experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Be willing to assist team members and work overtime when required
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment; be able to respond and adapt quickly
- Have strong time management and self-management skills
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player – reliability is key
