    Job Description

    Ensure that PXP delivers the existing SOW working as an extension of the clients marketing resource to develop volume and scope.

  • clarifying detailed plans for key projects and deliverables to ensure implementation of new production approaches for PXP to time and within budget
  • creating global plans that are best in class, are updated regularly with key metrics to deliver the scopes of work within budget and communicating clearly to all stakeholders any risks or issues
  • Serve as a key POC for the client and any necessary internal or external partner relationships ensuring that achieving the annual commercial budgets or other key metrics for each piece of client business are well supported and delivered
  • building deep, meaningful relationships with the clients that enable the team to embark on a longer- term, broader journey together
  • successful deployment of technology to enable efficienties and that PXP is at the cutting edge of production development
  • nurture Production talent within the Groupe taking responsibility for ensuring the rollout of any new process training and growth goals for teams connected to key client work
  • forming professional partnerships with the clients built on trust, respect and shared goals that enables future business growth for our clients and the Groupe
  • nurturing the talent that exists within the team. They are accountable for managing motivation and positivity and keep levels of attrition to a minimum.
  • Key quick wins (6 months):

  • assess Business opportunities with all brands to build a strategic plan on Production
  • establish Client trust through immediate priorities of each client, a mix of reassurance in delivery and creating excitement through brand examples of great work
  • improve the strategic level of the response to the RFPs and pitch activity
  • Successfully develop and activate end-to-end transition plan to deliver fully operationalized Transcreation model for the Clients, ensuring that post-transition delivery is best in class and meets the quality standards of clients
