Project Lead - Structural - Site Construction - Mining - Northern Cape

Our client, an international mining company, has an opportunity for a Project Lead - Structural to join their dynamic team in the Northern Cape.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible to plan, organize, direct, manage, coordinate, and implement structural related aspects of all Project Packages.
SHEQ compliance.
Work with business partners as project coordinator to resolve day to day engineering/site related issues.
Monitor project tasks and schedule and ensure compliance to plan.
Track project performance, analyze key risks and highlight in advance.
Quantity certification & quality checks.
Ensure project completion within time & budget.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering or related field.
Min 810 years of relevant experience.
Proven working experience in project execution (Civil Construction) EPC/Construction partners.
Thorough understanding of Civil aspects of projects including all civil roads, drains etc. for the complete refinery.
Good knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act and Environmental.
Management principles, practices, and statutory requirements.
