THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER:

CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR (

REF:
PMU/02/2024)

The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:

Perform switchboard duties.
Attend to customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Maintain and update customer complaints/work order schedule and follow up on all queries.
Open, delegate and process EDAMS job cards.
Provide data for monthly reports, compile monthly reports, and keep records of group chats.
Must be able to work shifts (day and nightshift).
Data capturing.
Assist with other related functions within control room.

The applicant is required to have:

Matric with Math.
Diploma in Customer Service Relations or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 years' related experience in customer service or control room environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 36
Excellent communications skills.
