    Lead, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions across the Standard Bank Group.

    The successful candidate will have deep domain expertise in AI and ML, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive business value. They will be responsible for shaping the group's AI strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement AI and ML strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
    • Lead the design and delivery of AI and ML projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI and ML adoption and develop solutions to meet business needs

    Qualifications

    1. Masters Degree in Information Technology or related field
    2. 8 - 10 years' experience in AI and ML, with a strong background in software development, data science, or a related field
