Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily costing requests and produce final product cost estimates
To ensure cost estimating processes are in place and to take the coordinating lead, working closely with others in the business to provide cost estimates against production/project requirements
Cost / margin calculations
Check and validate bills of material
Update and maintain fixed cost rates

Qualification and Experience:

Relevant degree
Experience of cost estimating

Skills Required:

Commercial and financial acumen
Excel skills
Experience of using spreadsheets and complex estimating, pricing models and cost management tools
Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally
