Responsibilities- Take endtoend accountability for HR administrative processes.
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans and processes.
- Maintain accurate electronic employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system
- Ensure policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered and comply with laws, professional standards and regulations.
- Guide the management team on the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Advise and coach management and employees on policies and procedures.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR related positions
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or related qualification
Salary:
R38,000.00 per month
