This role is pivotal in delivering 5-star guest experiences and ensuring the tasting room operates efficiently and successfully.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a welcoming and smooth-running tasting room that provides guests with unforgettable experiences. They will oversee all tasting room operations and ensure their efficiency, develop innovative ideas to drive the growth and success of the tasting room, process daily sales and manage shipping orders, schedule and manage wine tastings and private bookings, organise and execute events to promote the brand and its wines, address guest experience issues courteously and professionally, and collaborate with the team to contribute to the overall success of the estate.
