    Role Purpose

    We are seeking a dynamic Digital Administrator to join our Momentum Life digital sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions within the team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist stakeholders in submitting Onboarding applications through digital channels.
    • Provide trustworthy support to ensure clients are serviced effectively.
    • Ensure digital capabilities are utilized to streamline administration processes.
    • Maintain high-quality standards in processing instructions from stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders to maximize value from these relationships.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and report system failures and enhancements.
    • Capture and check new business documentation for errors and completeness.
    • Perform administrative tasks to agreed standards and ensure proper controls are kept.

    Requirements

    • Matric / Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance sales industry.
    • Proficiency in Afrikaans and English languages.
    • Familiarity with Momentum Life Insurance products and services is advantageous.
