About the Role:
Digital Brand Manager


The position is for a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can complement our workforce and driver new customer acquisition across digital mediums.

You will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns, while managing digital presence across all products.

Subsequent to launching digital campaigns, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels, provide in-depth reporting and utilise strategic thinking to create optimisation plans.


Digital Brand Manager Job Responsibilities:


  • Digital Strategy: Develop a digital marketing strategy by tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Social Media: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Work alongside marketing assistant to oversee social media channels
  • Website Management:
  • Ecommerce website: Manage our ecommerce websites. Update website content and liaise with international brand regarding website development
  • Manage content website as well as Artemis Brands website using CMS system
  • Reporting: Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Digital Brand Manager Qualifications/Skills:


  • Creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Design skills and ability to create digital content for social media, newsletters, and website, product photography and or Videography skills advantageous
  • Creating and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Coaching and subordinate involvement
  • Managing processes
  • Support the marketing manager with new product launches & competitor research
  • Liaise with international brands and manage digital approval process
  • Selfmotivated and consumer focused

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing in FMCG
  • Design skills. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign (own software & laptop advantageous), WordPress, Shopify
  • Website management skills; Magento, Shopify & Wordpress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Reporting and understanding of YouTube Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO Optimiser etc.)
  • Experience in use of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Community management using Sprout Social
  • Interest in the baby category advantageous
We're looking for someone to start immediately, so there can be a handover period.

Position is Full-time and based in our office in Sandton Johannesburg.

CTC R20-R30K


Salary:
R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
