A summary of key responsibilities:

Introduce new contracts to the business by means of signed service level agreement
Sourcing of new business and promoting of sales
Identify opportunities to upsell to enhance the sales revenue
Cold calling to identify and ensure a pipeline of opportunities which can be turned into increased sales
Negotiate the terms of the agreement and close sales
Increase the company profile by attending waste/environmental trade exhibitions and events
Create required and in detail the documents for tender bidding processes and prospective customer
Review sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
Gain a clear understanding of customers' business and requirements and present an appropriate pitch/presentation/RTQ to make a sale
Make accurate cost calculations with the assistance of Accounting and Ops to provide customers with quotations
Attend team meetings, share best practice with team members and assist to develop a strong sales ethos within the team
Work with Operations, Finance, Marketing and other internal teams to meet customer needs

The offer for this role will include cellphone allowance, car allowance and a structured commission in addition to the basic income.

Salary:
R18, R25,000.00 per month
