    Chief Quality Officer

    A visionary leader is required to join our esteemed organization, tumaini, as the Chief Quality Officer. This role entails identifying and implementing improvement initiatives, recognizing team achievements, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and promoting compliance with SHERQ procedures.

    The successful candidate must possess a Grade 12 qualification, a Total Quality Management Certificate, and a National Diploma in Safety Management, Risk Management, or Quality. A minimum of 8 years of experience in Risk, Legal Compliance, and Quality Operations, or Quality Assurance and Control, or Integrated Systems, or Document Control is also mandatory.

    In addition, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Operational Management or Enterprise Risk Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality excellence across all aspects of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that our operations are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive business excellence
    • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among employees
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
    • Maintain accurate records and reports on quality metrics and performance indicators

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Total Quality Management Certificate
    • National Diploma in Safety Management, Risk Management, or Quality
    • 8 years of experience in Risk, Legal Compliance, and Quality Operations, or Quality Assurance and Control, or Integrated Systems, or Document Control
    • 5 years of experience in Operational Management or Enterprise Risk Management
