    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help us secure new clients and partnerships on a commission-only basis in South Africa.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our portfolio of ICT staffing solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients seeking ICT contract staffing solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and increase market share.
    • Presents tailored solutions to clients, understanding their staffing needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver contract staffing services to clients.
    • Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
    • Meet sales targets through strategic planning and client acquisition.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
    • Strong understanding of ICT roles and the contract staffing model.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Results-oriented with a track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
