Description

Our client, a leading BPO is recruiting for customer services agents to manage international customer queries - billing, rate plan queries, technical support and troubleshooting, retentions and upselling.


Requirements:

6 Months Call Centre Customer Services Experience in a BPO or,

12 months Call Centre Customer Services Experience in a local Call Centre or,

12 months retail in the telecommunications space.

Matric

Clear Criminal Record


Ability to work shifts from _
5pm to 4am_
Mon - Sun

Package:

Basic salary

Shift allowance

Medical aid & funeral cover


Salary:
From R7,100.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Braamfontein, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
