The Role:
As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our contact centre superheroes.

Your responsibilities will include conducting energizing training sessions, developing cutting-edge training materials, and guiding our team to deliver stellar customer experiences.


Requirements:


  • Matric or equivalent NQF 4 level
  • Minimum of 2 years Facilitation experience within a Call Centre/ BPO environment
  • Exceptional communication and coaching abilities
  • Facilitator qualifications advantageous
  • Computer Literacy
  • Flexible to work shifts

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead engaging training sessions for our team
  • Craft innovative training materials to keep our agents at the top of their game
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with management to continuously enhance training methodologies
  • Elevate our customer service game by inspiring and guiding our team
