Roles and responsibilities:

Conceptualise and develop creative copy
Collaborate with the creative team to generate innovative ideas and concepts for experiential campaigns and events.

Craft compelling and on-brand copy for a diverse range of mediums, including but not limited to event collateral, digital platforms, social media, and print materials.

Understand client objectives
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand their brand, objectives, and key messages.
Translate client briefs into creative, effective, and memorable copy that resonates with the target audience.
Participate in brainstorming sessions
Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign development.
Adaptability across channels

Create copy that is adaptable to various channels and mediums, ensuring consistency in messaging while tailoring content for specific platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our work.
Maintain brand voice and tone

Uphold and evolve the brand voice and tone guidelines for clients, ensuring consistency and authenticity in all communication materials.
Meet deadlines and manage workload
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with project managers to provide updates on project status and flag potential challenges.
Client presentations

Present and articulate creative concepts and copy to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary revisions in a collaborative manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Foster strong collaboration with designers, strategists, account managers, and other team members to deliver holistic and effective experiential campaigns.


Required:

Minimum of two years of experience as a copywriter in an experiential agency.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of copywriting skills across different channels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
