    About the role of Business Analyst (HealthCare)

    We are seeking to fill positions at both an Associate (3 years relevant experience) and a Senior (8+ years experience) level.

    Job purpose:

    Our ideal candidate will be able to understand business requirements and document, validate and translate them into functional specifications that technical experts can use to craft analytical solutions. They will ensure robust processes and business documentation are maintained and updated in line with product roadmaps, building strong relationships across various teams involved in analytical delivery.

    Key responsibilities include:

    1. Working with analytical product owners to develop a business case
    2. Documenting and understanding client requirements using the Customer Requirements Specification (CRS)
    3. Designing and validating functional solutions by interpreting the CRS into a set of Product Requirements Specifications (PRS)
    4. Demonstrating GUI prototypes to validate designs
    5. Proposing solutions by reviewing approved CRS and PRS
    6. Assisting project managers and owners in updating and reporting on progress, managing delivery and conducting Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs)
    7. Ensuring testing of solutions by applying the test basket
    8. Updating and publishing release notes related to changes, maintaining and updating all related documentation, and performing live monitoring of new systems during go-live
    9. Responding to incidents and conducting preliminary analysis of issues
    10. Documenting SLAs
    11. Participating in internal delivery forums

    Desirable technical skills: An understanding of technical tools used in healthcare analytics, including informatics or relevant degree, experience in healthcare technology, and knowledge of cloud-based analytical and solution architecture.

    Qualifications:

    1. Informatics or relevant degree, or similar (Honours degree preferred)
    2. Experience in healthcare technology is desirable

    We value candidates who have a strong understanding of analytical and solution architecture, as well as experience working with healthcare technologies such as patient health management, provider profiling, and healthcare reporting.

    In addition, we are looking for individuals who have a solid grasp of clinical tools, data science, and actuarial calculations, and who can apply their expertise to drive business outcomes.
