Purpose of Role


To deliver personalized solutions that inspire a passion for travel, with the goal to make lasting impressions on a hospitality customer base at every interaction.


First point of contact to customers in the US and Canada, taking inbound calls and engaging directly with guests as a specialist in sales and reservations.


Client Defined Services are:

(i) Conversations to understand customer needs; then

(ii) Asking questions to ascertain the root cause of the issue, and

(iii) Effectively using tools to respond to customer inquiries, including reservations requests, provide account/ promotional information, handle service/stay related concerns or complaints, etc.


Knowledge & Education & Experience**- Matric/NQF Level - Computer Literacy

  • Typing Speed 25wpm
  • Ability to navigate the internet
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Multi-Tasking ability
  • Able and willing to work in a rotational night shifted environment
  • 24/7/365

Salary:
R R37.00 per hour


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salt River,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:


  • Customer Service (hospitality, retail, banking): 2 years (preferred)
