    Job Title: Receptionist Administrator Bryanston

    Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic and energetic receptionist with 2-3 years of experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

    Manage front desk operations, including switchboard duties

    Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation

    Ensure accurate and timely communication through phone, email, and other means

    Requirements:

    Grade 12 qualification or equivalent

    Administration or related qualification will be an advantage

    Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
