Sectional Title Portfolio Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration)
5+ years' experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.
Indepth knowledge of sectional title legislation, regulations, and management practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple sectional title schemes simultaneously.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in sectional title management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities will include:

Setting up and onboarding new schemes within the portfolio.
Managing daytoday operations of multiple schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Providing expert advice and guidance to scheme trustees and owners.
Handling financial management aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and levy collections.
Resolving complex issues and disputes within schemes effectively and efficiently.
Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair activities within schemes.
