Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration)
  • 5+ years' experience as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager.
  • Indepth knowledge of sectional title legislation, regulations, and management practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple sectional title schemes simultaneously.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools used in sectional title management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up and onboarding new schemes within the portfolio.
  • Managing daytoday operations of multiple schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to scheme trustees and owners.
  • Handling financial management aspects, including budgeting, financial reporting, and levy collections.
  • Resolving complex issues and disputes within schemes effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair activities within schemes.
