    Main Job Purpose:

    The Kiosk Sales Consultant focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, emphasizing selling and up-selling products, including the 'Customer Journey.'

    A key focus of this role is to ensure that sales targets are reached and customer queries are resolved through product knowledge, research, and troubleshooting.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the safekeeping of all company property and assets, facilitating stock control, processing sales, handling cash, and following all clients' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies at all times.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Delivering superior customer service, emphasizing selling the client's products and 'Customer Journey'
    • Selling and upselling products to existing and new customers
    • Reaching sales targets
    • Safeguarding all company property at the kiosks/work station, including company computers/laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment, and related resources
    • Ensuring point of sale (POS) procedures are followed in line with standard operating procedures
    • Facilitating kiosk stock control, including replenishing stock, doing stock takes, safekeeping of stock, and ensuring stock does not get damaged/lost/stolen
    • Handling cash and card sales, processing sales, banking, cash-ups, and managing the float
    • Understanding and displaying knowledge of the brand, products, policies, procedures, and ethos
    • Maintaining general housekeeping of the kiosk and ensuring it represents the company's professionalism, quality of products, and care for customers
    • Completing all paperwork/administration relating to a sale
    • Conducting research on the competition's services
