- kills Development Facilitator Certification (SDF) - strong background in Training and Development is essential in a highly Unionized environment A
- dvanced knowledge of the written and spoken English language A
- dvanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Skills

- ccountable and responsible to provide effective and credible advice, to the Ford Manufacturing team on Training and Development initiatives, processes and procedures E
- nsure the effective implementation of the Ford Manufacturing Graduate Programme in the Manufacturing Operations L
- iaising between COES locally and at IMG level ( i.e. Learning and Development and Talent) to ensure effective implementation of Training and Development initiatives at the Manufacturing operations according to the required Ford standard A
- dvise and consult upon and facilitate the implementation of the Ford Performance Management system in the Manufacturing Operations E
- mplement and maintain a comprehensive Training and Development administration system M
- aintain and update all training and development policies and procedures, ensuring the enforcement and adherence of these policies and procedures by advising and monitoring management and staff U
- ndertake comprehensive preparation for and representation of the company at Training and Development forums. D
- evelop, design, implement and maintain required graduate programmes for the Ford Manufacturing Operations to ensure availability of skilled persons M
- aintain the effective implementation of succession planning for the Ford Manufacturing Operations F
- acilitate and maintain a sound working relationship with unions and union officials in relation to the Ford Manufacturing Training and Development M
- onitor, review, and suggest interventions to optimize Training and Development initiatives C
- onsult and advise management and employees with regard to Training and Development initiatives M
- onitor external Training and Development trends for consideration into Ford manufacturing operations D
- esign effective onboarding programmes to ensure effective integration of new and existing employees into the Ford Manufacturing Operations I
