    Senior Retail Sales Consultant

    Join a leading hardware retailer as a Senior Retail Sales Consultant at our Sandown location. This role involves driving sales, mentoring a team, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure the store's success and customer satisfaction.

    About You

    • You have 4+ years of retail experience, preferably in hardware
    • You possess strong sales and customer service skills
    • You are confident, ambitious, and skilled at building relationships with customers and team members
    • You have leadership experience or a previous management background, which is a distinct advantage
    • You have a solid personality, strong presence, and patience to handle various customer situations
    • You live within 20 kilometers of Dartfield Rd, Sandown, Sandton for reliable commuting

    Your Responsibilities

    • Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases to drive sales
    • Meet performance targets and contribute to the store's sales growth
    • Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team to ensure excellent service
    • Maintain store presentation and manage stock effectively
    • Ensure the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience
