    Brand Manager - Central Nervous System Molecules

    Description:

    This role involves strategic brand management, market analysis, and marketing execution for central nervous system molecules. A strong focus on CNS is essential.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    As a Brand Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

    • Strategic brand management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
    • Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of competitor activity, customer needs, and market dynamics.
    • Marketing execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective marketing campaigns, leveraging multiple channels.
    • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
    • Oversight of compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should possess:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in the CNS field.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to build and maintain strong relationships.
