About the role:

We're looking for a driven, innovative and solutions driven recent graduate, who is passionate about data analytics to join our Tech team.

You will be responsible for managing data analytics and solutions across all of our business functions.

Crucially, you will also be responsible for taking ownership of our pricing algorithm, ensuring optimal pricing of our property portfolio across all of our markets.

Responsibilities:

Project manage technical projects that would benefit a range of areas of the business.
Work to strategise these projects with a range of stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and translate into data solutions
Operate our pricing model and partake in a wider project seeking to automate this, liaising with consultants in the process
Formulate and maintain a roadmap for data visualisation projects, as well as backend data engineering projects
Conduct largescale data experiments if required

Requirements:

Recent graduate, in a degree with some statistical and coding component
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of Python desirable but not required
Experience with a Business intelligence tool and data visualisation is strongly desirable
Understanding of some statistical analysis, particularly hypothesis testing
An innovative and creative mind the best solution isn't always the obvious solution
Excellent communicator and presentation of ideas
