    Job Summary

    The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team at HR Genie.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diary Management: Coordinate and manage diaries to ensure timely reminders of important events and meetings.
    • Communication Support: Screen calls, respond to messages, and prepare correspondence as needed.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation for senior management.
    • Event Coordination: Arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and organize conferences and events.
    • Minute Taking and Filing: Take minutes during meetings, distribute action items, and maintain accurate filing systems.

    Requirements:

    • Certification: A Grade 12 (Matric) certification is required.
    • Education: A National Diploma or Degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Skills: Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organizational abilities.
