    Assistant Manager - Accounting Services

    The Apex Group is a leading provider of fund administration and middle office solutions, with over 13,000 employees across 112 offices worldwide.

    We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our Alternative Asset Services Division, overseeing the accounting and administration of client portfolios.

    This role involves supervising junior team members, developing their skills, and providing exceptional customer service.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
    • Mentor and supervise junior staff, supporting their professional development.
    • Work closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality services and efficient operations.
    • Develop and implement entity-specific procedures for administration and reporting.
    • Act as liaison with auditors, coordinating audits and ensuring compliance.
    • Ensure reporting meets entity and statutory requirements, including local laws and international standards.

    Requirements:

    • Professional qualification (CA(S) or equivalent).
    • Minimum one year post-articles experience.
    • Three years' experience in the fund industry, with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
