    Duties:

    • Costing
    • Compiling costing reports
    • Breakdown of costs such as labour, materials, and time sheet
    • Fleet Management
    • Analyse tracking reports and job cards
    • Fleet management and maintenance supervision.
    • Monitoring driver to ensure adherence to schedules and no abuse of company vehicles
    • Prepare weekly tracker reports on each vehicle for CEO.
    • Realtime vehicle tracking
    • Monitoring, correcting and improving driving behaviours and operations
    • Ad hoc duties
    • Filing and document search
    • Assisting branch Administrator
    • General administration as required
