Description

Our client is looking for a bright, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to join their highly dynamic and fast-growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

You will be working closely with the Founders to reach their vision to Employ the World by helping to expand their clientele.

As an SDR, you will be undertaking all activities to assist in the completion of successful sales demos. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting new direct sales and forging strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Pursuing different avenues of prospecting, contacting and nurturing future clients
  • Qualifying respective leads
  • Appointment setting for demos
  • Collaboratively work with the marketing, customer success and leadership teams to develop leadgeneration strategies
  • Take charge of and finish any assigned sales responsibilities
  • Work towards fulfilling the SDR career path in leading demos
  • Voice improvement suggestions to our Founders to increase new sales

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, diploma or relevant experience
  • 12 years of proven working experience as an SDR, sales executive or a relevant role

What a week looks like:


  • We offer a hybrid working model where employees can take two remote working days midweek, effective after their probation period.
  • We thus start and finish a week as a team in our open plan office based in Bellville.
  • Our flexible 8hour work day can start between 06:00 and 09:00, with your additional lunch hour, which can be taken anytime during the day.
  • We have no dress code in the office we'd love for you to be yourself and share with the team who you are.
  • Our team enjoys an annual leave package of 15 days, accumulating with one additional day yearly, uncapped.
