    Quality Management System Specialist

    We are seeking a Quality Management System Specialist to join our team at Alec Cameron Associates Recruitment Solutions.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Document Controller: Responsible for maintaining and updating the quality management system, ensuring all relevant documents are up-to-date and compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
    • Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system, including processes and procedures for internal audits, training, and compliance.
    • Internal Audit Planning and Management: Plan and manage internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with the quality management system.
    • Process Implementation: Implement all relevant processes and procedures, including quality documentation, communication plans, and risk assessments.
    • Compliance and Certification: Ensure ongoing compliance with external bodies, such as customers, certifying bodies, and auditors, to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
    • Training and Development: Train staff on the quality management system, develop training matrices, and conduct job observations to ensure effective implementation.
    • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on achievement of targets in management meetings and communicate key performance indicators to staff.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience with implementing and maintaining quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
    • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
