About The Role
At Uber Eats, we're building the future of on-demand delivery and we're looking for a bold, strategic leader to own and grow our most important restaurant partnerships in South Africa & Kenya.
As Head of Enterprise Accounts, you'll lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, driving impact at scale with some of the biggest names in the industry.
This is a high-visibility role where your leadership and commercial instincts will shape how Uber Eats grows with enterprise partners and how we deliver value to millions of eaters across South Africa & Kenya.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at our most strategic partners to unlock long-term value for their business.
Your team will help build joint business plans, solve shared operational problems, and advance partner priorities across our full Delivery product portfolio.
Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigor and project management skills to build processes that your team can use to drive forward partnership critical metrics effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the best service and value to restaurant partners.Engage closely with your peers in other countries to build common and sound strategies (regionally and globally).
Lead a hard-working team in a fast-changing environment: attract, motivate and develop a robust team of 4+ people.
Build a culture where your team can thrive and where customer obsession is at the heart of everything you do.
What You Will Need7+ years of experience in commercial leadership, enterprise partnerships, or B2B operations within a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with demonstrated success in driving results across multiple markets.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with a data-driven approach to strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, with the ability to derive insights and build compelling narratives from data.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience managing strategic partnerships and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinker with sound business judgment, capable of prioritizing initiatives that drive maximum impact on gross bookings and long-term enterprise growth.
Cross-functional leadership capability, able to align multiple teams and stakeholders behind shared goals across South Africa and Kenya.Preferred Qualifications
Preferred background and expertise includes:
strategy consulting, business development in big tech / scale-ups and enterprise account management
Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives of major businesses is very relevant
SQL knowledge is advantageous
