- Performing inspections and commissioning of new and existing solar PV sites.
- Connecting solar sites to the electrical grid or backup systems.
- Trouble shooting and resolving electrical and electronic issues on solar systems.
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of solar systems.
Qualifications:
- Solid English and/or Afrikaans communications kills.
- License/Certification: 1 or 3 Phase wiremans license
- A minimum of 3 years electrical experience
- Valid Code B driver's license
- A willingness to work long hours and travel frequently, sometimes staying away from home
- A willingness to be on standby on certain weekends
- An ability to manage multiple projects and oversee installations
- Excellent communication skills
- A wellpresented, neat and professional experience
