Market Manager:


Are you a results-driven professional passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic Market Manager to support our client who is a global hospitality industry leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing professional host accounts and acquiring high-quality inventory to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture partner relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Directly manage accounts to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and implement datadriven recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • You can expect an onboard new, highquality supply in your assigned geography.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients.
  • Represent our company in external meetings and industry conferences.
  • Educate clients on product changes and gather feedback to improve our offerings.
  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
  • Develop deep knowledge of your market, becoming the goto source for local trends and market dynamics.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to professional hosts, occasionally traveling to your market for inperson guidance.

Requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partner support, or sales.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your market territory (SA).
  • Proven track record of effectively managing a leads pipeline or book of business.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce and Mixmax experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities and balance shortterm needs with longterm initiatives.
  • Passion for travel, and the sharing economy.
  • Proven experience working crossfunctionally.
  • Charismatic selfstarter who is resourceful and selfsufficient.
