    Job Summary

    This role involves overseeing the full accounts payable function for four businesses, encompassing tasks such as supplier reconciliations, BEST approvals, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting and supervisory roles.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or equivalent qualification is required.
    • Proficiency in Sage and SAP systems is essential.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
    • Manufacturing, FMCG, or Agriculture industry experience is highly beneficial.

    Required Skills:

    • Sage Evolution expertise is mandatory.
    • Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
    • Advanced Excel skills are necessary.

    Job Description:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full accounts payable function for four businesses.
    • Perform supplier reconciliations and ensure accurate payments.
    • Oversee BEST approvals, resolve outstanding items, and improve controls.
    • Collaborate with the Treasury team to provide input on cash flow forecasts.
    • Release payments and manage the GRIR-account.
    • Lead inter-company processes and ensure compliance with policies.
    • Develop and implement reports to enhance decision-making.
    • Foster a culture of improvement and lead employees effectively.
