Are you an experienced IT all-rounder who enjoys working across a multitude of devices and solutions? This role may be for you You will get exposure to a wide variety of support, both internal and external.


You should have experience in:

  • Installing and upgrading components in desktops and notebooks
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and driver issues
  • Installing drivers and operating systems
  • Helpdesk support, remote support and troubleshooting
  • Setting up basic networks including switches and routers

Requirements:


  • You should have at least 35 years IT hardware and midlevel support experience.
  • Able to work after hours where required
  • You are physically able to lift and move computer hardware and work standing up for extended periods
  • You need your own car
  • Willing to travel to regional sites and stay overnight occasionally.
  • Server Experience would be advantageous

Salary:
R8, R10,000.00 per month
